Demo contentWhat a Product Manager Actually Does All Day

Three loops
A product manager's week usually moves through three loops: understanding users and the market, deciding what to build and why, and keeping everyone aligned while it gets built.
- Discovery: talking to users, reading data, spotting patterns.
- Decisions: prioritising, saying no, defining success.
- Delivery: working with design and engineering, removing blockers.
Good product managers are not the busiest people in the room. They are the ones who keep the team focused on the right problem.
